Nature of the provision
The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to re-contact the person for the purposes specified below. The provision for marketing purposes is optional and does not make it impossible to re-contact the person for other purposes.
Purposes of the processing
a) Execution of obligations deriving from contracts stipulated with the data controller and/or fulfilment of specific requests of the data subject before the stipulation of the contract.
b) Fulfilment of obligations of the law, regulations or European Community legislation.
c) Marketing activities including but not limited to sending newsletters, the sending of training and informative materials, sending marketing materials via email, post, text messages, multimedia messages and new communication platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Viber, Telegram, Skype.
Regarding the purposes under a) and b), we inform you that the processing and disclosure of your personal data by the data controller does not require your consent as the processing is necessary for the execution of obligations arising from the contract itself and/or for the performance of services requested by you before the stipulation of the contract and to comply with legal obligations.
With regard to purpose C, each data subject has the right to refuse to consent to such processing at any time without this having any detrimental consequences on the contractual relationship and/or the performance of services requested before the stipulation of the contract.

The collected data are processed using computers.
Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Who processes your data
The personal data are processed in the aforementioned office by appointed personnel.
Data retention period
Data relating to marketing activities will be kept until the data subject requests their erasure.
Personal data processed for contractual or business purposes like invoicing will be processed for the mandatory time required by pertinent laws.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
